During your one-on-one Meridian Yoga Therapy session, we will work together to discover pain patterns and foster healing around issues such as:
Stress, Tension, Exhaustion, Back Pain, Headaches, Breathing Issues, Digestion Issues, Heartbreak, Grief, + so much more.
Meridian Yoga Therapy sessions can be done online or in-person. Additional in-person services within MYT include: Cupping, Moxa, Gua Sha and Abdominal Massage.

I loved that there was detail in why meridians, organs, poses, points and breathing techniques were chosen. I loved that with each yoga pose, there was a description of what it would benefit, and how to focus my breathing during it. After the first session with Monica, I felt very relaxed and uplifted. This ran through the next day.
